I am passionate about assisting individuals with their mental, emotional and spiritual health through counselling. Delivered through a holistic, person-centred approach, built on trust, respect, empathy and compassion.
For ten years I have assisted individuals in both their healing and personal journeys toward transformation. Through face to face, phone counselling, online counselling and virtual counselling. Guiding people to step into their authentic power and take charge of life by following their highest truths.
I assist others to feel more able to connect to their higher self and to promote the deepening of consciousness through spiritual distinctions. Encouraging those I assist to operate in alignment with their core values and to function from an energy of love and compassion.
